I recommend to contact your local VMware representative and ask for an official statement if you’re running vSphere Enterprise. However, it seems that you can just download vSphere 6.5 Standard edition and enter your Enterprise license key. It will be time consuming to re-install ESXi 5. Evaluation period is 60 days but do you think 60 days is not enough to keep your hands dirty with ESXi 5.5.
Other license keys that you add on the Add license keys page of the wizard might be upgrade keys for some old license keys in your vCenter license inventory.
